Our Competency-Based Academic Departments
1. Sciences Department
Aligned with Tanzania’s focus on science, technology, and innovation, this department offers Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and ICT with a strong emphasis on practical experiments, coding, and problem-solving. Our modern labs and project-based learning prepare students for careers in engineering, health sciences, and digital technology.
2. Languages for Leadership
This department strengthens communication, critical thinking, and civic engagement through English, Kiswahili, History, Geography, and Religious Studies. Students engage in debates, research projects, and community initiatives to develop leadership and social responsibility—key skills for careers in law, education, and public service.
3. Business & Entrepreneurship Department
Focused on financial literacy, digital commerce, and self-reliance, we teach Commerce, Accounting, Economics, and Entrepreneurship. Students participate in business simulations, startup projects, and financial technology (FinTech) training, preparing them for careers in finance, management, and innovation.
